When you book an appointment with us or send an email for inquiries; we collect your email address to confirm your appointment or reply to your inquiries. We may also keep your email to remind you of future appointments, send receipts and upcoming events. We are here to provide you with safe and effective treatments; and the highest level of customer service.

Health History

Your personal information and health history forms will not be shared with any individual, group, corporation or agency. It will be used solely for the purpose to provide you with a customize care. The information you provide is confidential and will never be released without your written consent.

Payment Transaction

When taking payments, protecting payment data is core to what we do. We manage the security of your payments from end to end. We use Square payments because they say:
“We invest heavily in security technology and build it into every aspect of Square’s payments platform” payment data is encrypted until it reaches Square’s processing environment. So when you use your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Debit card; the information is automatically erased after the transaction is completed.

Personal Information

All information collected is stored in a locked filing cabinet that only I, Sandra Figueroa, have the keys to open. We are big in safeguarding health history forms and client personal information that we are constantly working on ways to improve security online and in the centre. So you can put your body in our hands with trust, as we respect your right to privacy in every way.
