Registered Massage Therapy

Also known as manual therapy, or manipulative massage therapy, is a physical treatment primarily used by registered massage therapists. The therapist uses a variety of techniques using their hands, finger tips and elbows. These techniques include kneading and manipulation of muscles, fascial and trigger point release, joint mobilization and joint manipulation to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability. Massage therapy helps relieve pain; increase range of motion, reduce or eliminates soft tissue inflammation; increase circulation, induce relaxation for better sleep; improve contractile and non-contractile tissue repair, extensibility, and stability; facilitating movement; and improving body function.

Pregnancy Massage

Pre-Natal Massage Therapy- First Trimester
This massage is great for treating inflammation discomfort experienced during pregnancy. This massage is used to improve circulation, alleviate backache, leg cramps and decrease swelling that is often associated with pregnancy. This massage can aid in the preparation to motherhood. The massage therapist will make accommodations with special cushioning systems and holes that allow you to lie face down safely, while providing room for your growing belly and breasts. Recommended after first trimester.

Pre-Natal/ Labor Massage Therapy
Not only is your body preparing for childbirth, but your mind is too, which is why that urge to “nest” may have resulted in a freezer full of lasagna and a stack of laundry that you’ve washed and folded twice. Still, the prospect of labor can seem overwhelming, especially if this is your first baby. Worries about pain, fatigue, finding help and whether you’ve learned enough about the process can weigh you down.
Relax, mama — help is on the way!  This prenatal/labor massage will help you mentally and physically prepare for labor. This massage is done 1 to 2 weeks prior to labor to relax the muscles, decrease inflammation, and to bring a sense of serenity and peace to your body and mind so you are ready to welcome the little one.  The massage therapist will make accommodations with special cushioning systems and holes that allow you to lie face down safely, while providing room for your growing belly and breasts.

Sports Massage
A sport massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue (muscle) in order to prevent or improve sports injuries. The therapist has a broader, more specified medical knowledge and application. Thai Yoga Massage (Manipura Cleansing, Strengthening, and Rebalancing)


This traditional Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor, uses no oils or lotion, clothes remain on during a treatment. In this unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage, rather than rubbing on muscles, the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures and diaphragmatic breathing. The body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Taping


A therapeutic taping is applied by the therapist to relieve pressure on injured soft tissue, alter muscle firing patterns or prevent re-injury. Some techniques are designed to enhance lymphatic fluid exchange. Great for after a soft tissue injury to muscles or tendons from sports activities, over exertion or swelling may impede blood repetitive strain. When taking payments, protecting payment data is core to what we do. We manage the security of your payments from end to end. We use Square payments because they say:
