Indian head massage is a traditional massage therapy that has its own unique techniques; it involves an application of massage to the shoulders, arms, neck, head, and face. Indian head massage is also known as “Champi” in Hindi and Urdu. The processes of Head massage therapy are based on the principle of Ayurveda; its aim is to perform the flow of energy or chakras in the body. It is also found helpful to those persons suffering from migraines, insomnia, and sinusitis. In this treatment we focus a lot on the tension in the fascia of the scalp. Hot oil is applied to the scalp during the treatment.

After washing your hands a Bamboo exfoliant is applied to the back of the hands to remove dirt and debris. Then your hands are immerse into a bag fill with hot moulding wax, leaving it until it cools. The wax is then removed and the treatment is completed with a hand massage. Paraffin is a heat therapy that helps increase blood flow, relax muscles and reduce joint stiffness that cause pain and inflammation. This is great for treating arthritis and fibromyalgia pain.

traditional chinese medicine
Acupuncture is a Chinese medical therapy which stimulates the body’s own natural healing process. Acupuncture is a component of TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves stimulating points on the body through needle penetration. Traditional Chinese Medicine can also include cupping, moxibustion, chinese herbs and diet/lifestyle counseling. Acupuncture works by stimulating the qi of points along the meridians path to encourage the body to correct the imbalance of yin and yang. The focus is holistic on each individual's particular circumstances, including predisposition, lifestyle and environment in order to determine the best course of treatment and prescriptions

Cosmetic Acupuncture is sometimes also known as Acupuncture Facelift. It is a pain-free, non-surgical method to reduce the signs of aging. By inserting sterile acupuncture needles into specific points on the face, the flow of energy through the face can be manipulated to reduce wrinkles, improve the elasticity of the facial muscles and rejuvenate the skin on the face.
Moxibustion is another Traditional Chinese Medicine procedure that is used together with acupuncture. An acupuncture needle is inserted into a specific point and retained. The tip of the needle is then wrapped in moxa, a small spongy herb, and ignited, generating heat to the point and the surrounding area. The purpose of moxibustion, as with most forms of traditional Chinese medicine, is to stimulate the flow of Qi, restore and maintain health.

Cupping is a method to stimulate the acupuncture points by applying suction through a glass jar or plastic cup, in which a partial vacuum has been created. This procedure produces blood congestion at the site, and therefore stimulates the flow of Qi through the acupuncture points. Cupping is often used for back pain, sprains and soft tissue injuries.
